Our next episode finds the team where they left off last time. Monaseetah went inside to check in with headquarters. Upon her return she informs Alex and the Lt. that they have a mission to carry out in New Orleans and that time is of the essence. She tells Celes and Roland that they are to help the field hands escape and burn the place to the ground if they so choose. Monaseetah shows the Lt. the address and then burns the paper it was written on. The three of them take off to New Orleans via a portal or two or three and finally arrive outside of some high end apartments in the rich part of New Orleans. Soon after they arrived they heard glass breaking. Upon further investigation they figured out which window it was and the Lt. opened a portal into the room in question. There was nobody in the room so the two of them stepped through the portal and started to look around while Alex stayed below and kept an eye out. Right as the two portalees stepped through Alex saw someone coming down the fire escape heading for the alley. The two upstairs found two things of interest. A piece of fabric that resembles a CSA uniform and a picture of two women, one of whom they recognize as Celes Laveau. As soon as Alex sees the shadow heading for the alley he signals his companions and they all start moving towards the alley. When Alex reaches the end of the alley he hears a grinding noise. And then several more. When he moves closer he sees two balls of fire shoot out towards the ground and sees someone take off. The Lt. sees this as well and teleports up to the flying man and grapples him. After a brief investigation the Lt. tries to disable the rocket pack and disconnects the main fuel line and then teleports the two of them to Lake Pontchetrain and the rocket man skitters off the top of the water and eventually regains control while the Lt. goes under the water losing sight of his quarry. The flying man starts to swim to shore with ease, almost as if crashing into water with this rocket pack was planned when they designed it. Weird. When the Lt. regains his bearings he sees where the man went and teleports while invisible to the shore to intercept him. He tries to get the rocket man to surrender but he is not going down without a fight just yet, so he pulls his kukri and takes a few swings and the Lt. returns the favor but he only knicks him a few times. The flying man finally gives up and the Lt. creates a portal behind him and tells the man to take one step back. They are both back in the alley now.
